Modern Arnis by Remy Presas

Image
Remy Presas may have passed on but his legacy continues. His way of manipulating arnis sticks made it simple for a lot of people to get into the Filipino Martial Arts called escrima, arnis, or kali. He's definitely one of the best teachers there is when it comes to practical combat training. What's unique about his art is that he teaches people how to strike hard and strike fast while keeping the flow of the blade or stick going. With his craft, you can learn how it is to attack, defend yourself, and think things through fast while a fight is going on. If you're interested to know more about him and how he did his thing when he was alive, buy his book about Modern Arnis or watch videos of him like this one on websites like YouTube. If you're interested in doing what he did then buy some 28-inch rattan sticks to follow along with his comprehensive lessons. You won't always find a stick to defend yourself with or to attack an assailant but he covers that too by teachi

"A Whole New World" - (Halloween Cover by First to Eleven)

The rock scene has been weak for a couple of years now due to the rise of hip-hop artists and music. But, this time around, because of First to Eleven, different genres of rock are starting to resurface again. With this version of "A Whole New World", I think new and old Disney fans will not only have a great time listening but also have an appreciation for the music genre. In the video, the band is in full costume and now the bassist sings, for a change, as Aladdin. Audra, as usual, shines again with her captivating voice that's fit for various flavors of music. But, of course, having the drummer and lead guitarist as Abu and Jafar, respectively? What's up with that? Too cool! Excellent setup. Whoever their manager is right now must be happy, considering that the band's getting a lot of views, likes, and shares. But with this video? I think they'll get a raise. I hope so. LOL. Again... Thank you so much, First to Eleven! Happy Halloween!

Demi Lovato - Commander In Chief

I don't usually share songs on my blog but I guess it's appropriate to do so this time around. Demi Lovato created a powerful song and I think it needs to have more views, likes, and shares than what it's currently getting. Still, what's far more important is that it reaches the ears of world leaders who are corrupt and unjust. The lyrics to the song and how she sings is so meaningful to me and most likely to so many around the world. My wish is that this creates positive changes before things become worse. I don't want death and destruction anymore. People have already suffered enough.

Adapting to the New Lifestyle

Making Work From Home Adjustments Working indoors means doesn't only mean being functional for several hours. It means taking on tasks while attending to household matters. Unlike working in an office, you can't just sit and do your job in front of your desk. You still have to take care of what goes on inside of your home. It'd been tough at first but I managed to adapt. Although I'm living alone at the moment, in a way, I'm thankful. I could only imagine how it would have been, had I lived with my parents, or if I had a spouse and children. This quarantine, I'm on my own and I'm thankful. It's a good thing that I have a computer with a microphone and earphones too. Having such keeps me preoccupied and alive altogether. That's because I have an online job that pays a decent amount of money to keep me alive because of my gadgets. Still, though I'm with no one but myself, it has been a bit difficult. That would be due to not having any help ar

This caught my attention so I made this for fun. But this isn't to sway people with their decision on who to vote.

Blank Space Cover by Mimi Zambianos

This is something that I was working on for a long time now and, to my surprise, a new friend comes along out of nowhere. So who am I to reject her eagerness? I went right in and let her join me. We made good music and had some fun times together. It's probably not going to be the last too. Stay tuned!
